Attach 1 recent passport-sized photograph to your completed form.
Log in to the website, open your profile and complete your membership details online.
Hand in your signed paper form and passport photo to the association office.
Once you have registered an account, log in to the website and navigate to your Profile page via the dashboard. Fill in all your personal details — this forms part of your membership record and must be completed alongside the paper form.
Download, print and complete the official application form. Bring the signed form along with your passport photograph to the association.
